Beautify Decks for Download

I’d like to have a cgi script that will execute whenever someone clicks on a .cfd deck file on my site. It would output a pretty html page describing the deck complete with images of each card.
It should use the same database files that CrossFire uses so they can easily be updated (as CrossFire is updated).
It could probably just use a version of the DeckIt Print command that exports to HTML. But I’d like to hack it up so I can design the page the way I want it. I’m sure this would be a low priority, but it would be really cool, imho.
